Purpose, material and methods: The numerical experiment was carried out
on a model of organism for valuation mechanisms of aging. Results: The
cells (C) were substituted for deformable spheres in limited volume.
Proliferation simulated by the doubling of C with the given
coordinates. The moments and quantity of divisions, coordinates of C
and form of limiting surfaces varied since a stage of zygota;
connections of settlement points described by graph of conditional (GC)
with tops - coordinates of the centres of C after the next division;
the position of C calculated in accordance with the locally maximum
dence packing as condition with a minimum potentional energy;
distrophy, braking of C, apoptosis and telomeric effects (TE) simulated
by absence of division in zone with critical density of C or with above
critical number of divisions; the destruction of C exempted volume for
the subsequent division in stages of morphogenesis; variants of GC
without an opportunityof divisions meant how death, the immortalisation
simulated at the expence of packing C and optimisation of GC life span
at an expenditure of stem C as resource. It is established: death of C
changes the packing, that prolong of GC at the expence of next
divisions; initially lethal effects (LE) for C prolongs the GC life,
apoptosis compensates LE of proliferation, TE compensates LE of
limiting surfaces, the variants of packing determine length og GC d
explain the difference in species life span, unlethal variants of
packing were not revealed. Conclusion: These data allow to explain the
effects of aging by regulator hypothesis.
