We are also collecting the presentations of as many speakers as possible for free download from this page; those that I have obtained are linked under the word "Slides" next to the speaker's name. Please do not write to me to ask about presentations not provided below -- I am posting everything I have. A few speakers did not use PowerPoint at all, and some will make their presentations available later on, after the material presented has been published.
