Just over a month ago, we congratulated TobyKeith, a Florida chihuahua, for being recognized as the oldest living dog by Guinness World Records. Today, we’re congratulating a newly recognized, even older dog: Pebbles, a four-pound fox terrier from Taylors, South Carolina.
