The Methuselah Foundation is pleased to be a sponsor of a unique and interesting conference, Targeting Metabesity 2019, at the Carnegie Institution for Science in Washington, DC, from October 15-16, 2019.
Metabesity refers to the constellation of chronic diseases of aging, which have common metabolic roots and thus may be susceptible to common solutions, from drugs to lifestyle approaches to changes in public policy.
The assembled speakers are stellar, including FDA's Janet Woodcock (Director of CDER) and Susan Mayne (Director of CFSAN), NIA/NIH Director Richard Hodes and NIA/NHLBI Director Gary Gibbons, as well as leading geroscientists like Vittorio Sebastiano of Turn Bio, Nir Barzilai, Matt Kaeberlein, Brian Kennedy, and David Sinclair, and leaders from industry, venture capital, and other stakeholders. See the attached conference description for more information.
As a friend and donor of the Methuselah Foundation, you will be able to receive a 20% discount off registration (excluding the Student/Professional Trainee rate) using the code MF20. Feel free to join us in Washington, DC in October.
